WestWind Home Buyer’s Club
WestWind Homes has designed the Home Buyers Club to help our customers navigate the path to home ownership, even if other builders have turned you down. WestWind Homes can assist you in getting your credit ready for your home buying experience.
We’ll first get you enrolled into our Home Buyers Club and then work to get you into your new home in a vibrant community in just a short period of time. In many cases, we can get you into a new home in 90 days or less. We are so confident that we can help you that when you successfully complete the process, we’ll give you up to $1,000 towards your down payment on your new WestWind home.
Credit Help & Coaching
1 on 1 Credit Consultations
Your credit score has a big influence on whether you’ll be approved to buy your first home. According to the Home Buying Institute, a score of 620 will usually get you in the door with lenders. But to get the best rates, you’ll probably need a score of at least 740 to qualify. Your credit score will influence the amount of interest you will pay on the loan.
We’ve been helping families with less than perfect get into a new WestWind Home for years. Our Home Buyer’s Club helps our customers with credit issues and gets them into their homes faster than they thought possible. It’s a great way to realize your dream of home ownership.
